1.4 Consent

• We never charge candidates for job placement.

• Candidates must provide accurate, updated information.

• We are not liable if a candidate provides false or misleading information.

2.3 Employer Policy

• Employers must provide complete and accurate job requirements.

• Fees for services (placements, subscriptions, staffing) must be paid as per agreed terms.

• Non-payment may result in suspension of services.

• All placements are covered by a 90-day free replacement guarantee (conditions apply).

2.4 Liability Disclaimer

We act as a facilitator between candidates and employers. We are not responsible for:

• Employment decisions made by employers.

• Candidate conduct after placement.

• Business outcomes resulting from hires.
  Our liability is limited to the value of services paid.

2.5 Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, and materials belong to Talent Data Supply (Vasitva Technologys). Copying or unauthorized use is prohibited.

2.6 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Post false or misleading information.

• Engage in illegal or discriminatory hiring.

2.7 Governing Law

This agreement is governed by Indian law (DPDP Act, IT Act, GST laws).
