• Non-payment may lead to suspension or termination of services.

• All placements are covered by a replacement or support guarantee depending on agreement terms.

2.4 Liability Disclaimer
Talent Data Supply Ltd acts as an intermediary.
We are not responsible for:

• Employment decisions made by employers

• Candidate behaviour or performance after joining

• Business outcomes resulting from hiring decisions

Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service.
